TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission for Cohoctah Township, Livingston County, Michigan, will hold a Special Meeting and Public Hearing on August 13, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall, 10518 Antcliff Road, Fowlerville, MI 48836. The purpose of the Special Meeting is to hold the Public Hearing and to consider any other Planning Commission business that may come before the Planning Commission. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider and hear public comments on proposed amendments the zoning ordinance to rename the existing solar overlay district and to expand it to include the following parcels:
Steinacker Road, Parcel ID: 4702-22-100-004
8503 Byron Road, Parcel ID: 4702-22-100-009
Byron Road, Parcel ID: 4702-22-200-011
Byron Road, Parcel ID: 4702-22-400-010
1444 W Jones Road, Parcel ID: 4702-23-100-004
The proposed ordinances may be inspected at the Township Hall during regular business hours. Copies may be obtained for a reasonable fee. The Planning Commission will receive written comments concerning the proposed ordinances at the Township Hall, 10518 Antcliff Road, Fowlerville, MI 48836, during regular business hours through August 13, 2024.
