NOTICE OF HEARING ON VARIANCE REQUEST

Please take notice that a meeting of the Cohoctah Township Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on June 24,2024 at 7:00 P.M. at the Cohoctah Township Hall, 10518 N Antcliff Road, Fowlerville, MI 48836 for a hearing on variance request.

At this meeting, the Zoning Board of Appeals will consider and hold a public hearing on the following matter:

Variance request submitted by Trace Vansickle and Lydia Connolly involving property located at 3050 Steinacker Road, Howell, MI 48855, 4702-21-200-021.

Applicants request a variance to allow building a garage not meeting the 50’ setback requirement as required by Section 6.06(E) of the Township Zoning ordinance.

The Township is receiving written comments concerning the variance request at the Township Hall, 10518 N Antcliff Road, Fowlerville, MI 48836. Comments must be received by the Township prior to the start of the public hearing.

This notice is posted in compliance with 1976 PA 267 as amended (Open Meetings Act) and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
